Becky led innovation at AbbVie, Inc, a global biopharmaceutical company, from 2018 to 2023. During those years, she created and led a successful innovation practice that provided strategic consulting to leaders who wanted to bring their teams and cross-functional partners together for a customized, hands-on workshop where participants co-created desired outputs.
