Workshops typically require a preparation phase of a few weeks to months, during which we hold at least three strategic meetings to refine the approach:
Purpose & Goals: We work with you to define clear workshop objectives, desired outcomes, attendee count, timing, level of trust among participants, duration, and any specific logistics, whether on-site, hybrid, or virtual.
Outline & Roles: Together, we’ll develop a detailed workshop outline, confirm attendees, and assign necessary support roles, especially for hybrid events, to ensure seamless participation for virtual attendees.
Content & Details: We finalize the content, exercises, output format, and attendee confirmations to ensure your workshop is impactful and aligned with your strategic objectives.
Act inside the Idea Incubator
The Idea Incubator provides targeted, ongoing support to bring your ideas to life. With weekly or monthly coaching, we help turn concepts into concrete actions, guiding you through obstacles, measuring progress, and refining goals to maximize success.
After an initial consultation, if you choose to move forward, we’ll create a customized agreement and statement of work. Coaching sessions are then scheduled at your chosen frequency, keeping you accountable and focused on impactful outcomes. Plus, you’ll be invited to our annual impact celebration, where we recognize growth and progress together.

After your free consultation, if we’re a great fit, Sunflower Studio will provide a consulting agreement outlining confidentiality and a statement of work. Upon mutual agreement, we’ll sign and begin planning your path to success.
